GLTN announce the availability of our Global HLP Rights Expert Registry to UN and other international agencies. The Registry enables Displacement Solutions (DS) to provide high-quality and field-tested expertise, tools and human resources to enable all future post-conflict and post-disaster peace and emergency relief operations to be properly equipped to address the HLP rights challenges facing all countries in such circumstances.

The Centre for Property Rights and Development is a department within the Cadastre and Land Registry Division of the Norwegian
Mapping Authority (NMA).
The Centre was established in 2005 with the main task to represent NMA in the international cooperation on legal empowerment
of the poor.
